The vast majority of dissatisfied clients can be headed off by a proper consultation.  Whether it's behind the chair before a cut or color or during a wedding day or trial run for hair or makeup.  It's our responsibility to listen to our clients to find out if they truly want what they are asking for and if they actually understand the terms they are using.  How much volume is too much?  Where do they want it?  Do they understand the difference between natural and neutral?
